Exterior wall studs are 16 inches on center, high-grade lumber 2×4’s.

Double roof trusses, reinforced three feet from each roof end. Upgraded spacing available for Zone III construction.
Floor Joists
Sturdy 2×6 inch floor joists in every home for additional load capacity.
Exterior Wall Sheathing
3/8 inch rated structural sheathing, increasing both strength and acoustic performance.
Window Headers
Reinforced headers above every window and passage door for solid construction.
Multiple Studs
Extra studs at windows and doors to accommodate storm cover attachment.
Sliding Door Headers
Reinforced headers above sliding glass doors add structural strength.
Roof Sheathing
7/16 inch rated sheathing, fastened every 4–6 inches on center depending on roof location.
Shingle Underlayment
Lap joints and the entire roof perimeter are fully cemented.
Fiberglass Shingles
Three-tab fiberglass shingles with a 20-year manufacturer limited warranty.
Attic Insulation
Blown insulation throughout the entire attic for lower heating and cooling costs.
