All Nobility homes are built to HUD Zone II/III construction standards and backed by manufacturer warranties on structural components, roofing, and systems. If you experience an issue covered under warranty, submit a request and our service team will follow up within two business days.
1 YEAR
Workmanship & Materials
Defects in construction workmanship and materials throughout the home.
2 YEARS
Mechanical Systems
Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC distribution systems.
10 YEARS
Structural Integrity
Load-bearing walls, roof structure, and floor system against defects.
20 YEARS
Roof Shingles
Manufacturer shingle warranty against defects and premature failure.
Need your serial number?
Your home’s HUD data plate is located inside a kitchen cabinet, bedroom closet, or electrical panel door. It contains your serial number, wind zone rating, and build date.
